حج العاشقين - A Comprehensive Hajj Companion App
حج العاشقين is a unique app designed to serve pilgrims during their journey to the holy city of Mecca. The app offers a smart Tawaf feature that tracks the pilgrim's movement around the Kaaba, providing accurate information about the number of circuits completed. Additionally, the app includes a collection of recommended and obligatory supplications for the various rituals of Hajj.
The aim of حج العاشقين is to be a reliable companion for pilgrims throughout their entire Hajj experience. It also features a section on "Fiqh al-Hajj," providing explanations of each Hajj ritual according to the Ja'fari school of thought. This section includes images and videos from the 3D animated film "حج العاشقين," the first of its kind in the Islamic world, which depicts the journey of Hajj.
One notable feature of the app is the ability for pilgrims to communicate with the campaign organizers and stay updated on the latest news and daily activities. Additionally, pilgrims can request assistance in case of getting lost or separated from their group by sending their location via SMS.
حج العاشقين is developed by Moayad Al-Jishi and produced by Qaythara for artistic production and the Noor Al-Atra campaign.
